I got my official letter of acceptance by mail, paid my deposit. No longer waiting for the email.

Check your surfs status, mine changed already.

Has anyone of you gotten the email with the acceptance letter? Or is it too early? How about your surfs status mine has not changed.

Hi there, I applied as well. I have ACLS, PALS, GPA 3.7, CCRN and about two years in a level 1 trauma. Previous experience was in the ED. Good luck to all of us. I hope we hear soon. escalantemaria

lol I'm still here and will keep posting stuff. I think that by the time we get the emails about the orientation and all the papers that we will have to submit then that's when many questions will raise from all of us. So I think this post is not going to die, but it will indeed, once we all meet. By the way, I am working part time as a hotel clerk.

I am so happy to start, but on the other hand I wonder how hard the classes will be? When I was at the BSN orientation, The person in charge said that we can't work more than twenty hours per week because of the extensive material that is required to learn. They also mentioned not to feel frustrated when we get C's. Anyway, I will try to enjoy my time off because when we start the program, we have to work our tails off to pass the classes. Grey lady what are the chances for out of state students to get in? I live in VA and I am thinking perhaps the committee gives the slots to those from MD or am I wrong? and I have decided to reapply in case that I don't get in, do you know when I could do that? is there a spring semester for 2014 for nursing?

I think we get more desperate when we see that others have gotten in already. we have to remain calm. uhhh my last name starts with E. i wonder if the baltimore campus have started to call people.
