  1. srandall1492, I have "Resume and Cover Letter Basics for Nurses" from the HR Department of the hospital I consolidated in! There is no attachment option, but I can upload and link you to them sometime early this week. :)
  2. I consolidated in the Intensive Care Unit of a large metropolitan hospital, and I have been hired as a New Graduate in the ICU and Emergency Department of a small, underserviced hospital. I'm excited and nervous, but I love critical care. I'm more nervous about the Critical Care Nursing certificate program though, ha.
  3. Thank you both so much for your help. :)
  4. I am Canadian, and I will soon be graduating with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from a Canadian university. I am scheduled to write the Canadian Registered Nurse Examination (CRNE) in June 2013. I would, however, like to write the Nation Council Licensure Examination shortly thereafter. As a Canadian student, I quite frankly have no idea where to begin with the NCLEX. I would like a general idea of how the application process works; I will be applying to the State of Michigan. I have also heard the format of the NCLEX varies incredibly from the CRNE. So what is the exam like, and do you have any helpful study hints? Our schools assist us through the application process to our respective provincial College of Nurses. The CRNE is a 200 multiple choice question examination, done in pencil/pen on scantron and written over four hours. Any and all help is greatly appreciated!
