our (USF) deadline to accept or decline admissions for the ABSN is on April 1st, 5 pm.

Just got notice of my admissions into the 2nd degree BSN for USF today! For those who did not gain admissions for this entrance, I hear the key to entry is to reapply for the upcoming class; however this is not coming from personal experience, rather a friend who works at Moffitt alongside a couple usf RN grads who went that route.

A couple of days ago I received a SOAR email pertaining to my absn status being merely moved from, "applied," to that of, "committee," and then received another email stating this meant I had met pre-reqs and gpa standards, however my admission's decision is not yet made. I suspect within the next week, give or take, we will hear back for the 2nd degree summer 2013 class.
