rollergirl- this is the information I have gotten from a former student: You have to clep a course before the semester you are scheduled to take the course. I.E. if you're scheduled to take Mental health in the Spring. You have to CLEP it in the the previous Fall semester. You only have one chance to clep. If you aren't successful; you have to take the course.

If the price and place I found in is correct then it’s 70ish or $86. I found the CLEP test price when registering for the HESI.

Guys!!!! Wait!!!! This email states “application status is approved” meaning we met the criteria for our applications to even be accepted for viewing!! Also the email states “This acceptance is conditional upon being admitted to Western Kentucky University; cumulative GPA of 2.75, successful completion of Anatomy & Physiology and Developmental Psychology upon entry into the nursing program; active LPN license; and completion of the enclosed documents.” I don’t think this is our accept or denial email!!

Also what books did you guys use for the program? Elsevier, Lippincott, etc.?

BishopLPN - Are any clinical days on the weekends (F/Sa/Su)?

For what I’ve read through WKU threads here, I think we’ll know by the end of September maybe. We have to know something by mid October because once accepted we take a LPN to RN Transition course that starts in November.
