  1. Andrew, do what's best for you but can you tell me your reason? I understand that that LA county School of Nursing is also an ADN program, so it's not the Cal State LA Nursing program, I am curious of your decision!
  2. One more comment, when I check out the RN board passing rate for Rio Hondo, it's 95-100%, so Rio is just as good as any other NLN accredited school, don't get me wrong, NLN accredited is paramount for BSN and MSN, but not for ADN, hope that helps
  3. Yes, it's not worth to wait, I am a retired RN after 30 years, I graduated from San Joaquin Delta College ADN program in 1984, Delta is NLN accredited, my daughter got into Rio Hondo for Fall 2013, as far as I know, Rio did not pay for the NLN accreditation, when I called Cal State Fullerton regarding to their BSN and MSN program, they told me that WASC is what it counted if consider their program from RN-BSN, Cal State Fullerton is NLN accredited. Goods luck to everyone!
  4. Tiger, you having everything else going for you, wouldn't be the school's lost without a top student like you! Let us know that you will get in all the schools which you are applying!
  5. You must be on the top of list, your stat and Teas score are amazing!
  6. I am so sorry that you are stressed out and have so little time to study, your grade is good in considerations of your 10 hours a week study, I really do not know about your chances to get in, I like to know about my chance too, at the information session, Ms Rivera said that even with grade of 4.0 will not be in without work or volunteering experiences.
  7. Hardly anyone post any comments for ADN fall, 2013!
  8. The clerk told me to check back April 15, she said there are over 200 applications, only 50 openings, it sounds competitive, I am anxious about it!
