  1. HI MY FELLOW NURSES! I happened to have a question for lucky those who have already received their offer letter from the College of Nursing in Burwood ( and believe me they are extremely lucky!!!). How much time did it take from the instance the College accepted the application package until the happy moment of receiving the offer letter? As far as I am concerned it has passed alredy 2 monthes and all my inquiries has been replied with the polite " you are advised to wait" response.

  3. I will pray for you too, dear! but grab your offer letter, you are lucky already!
  4. ok, let us wait for the and of the march... things will clear out. for time being I will pray that one day we meet each other at Castlemaine and dreams will come true.
  5. AS FAR as i am concerned, i applied through the post via a courier. a little bit more expensive, but i wanted to be schure that the whole application packidge will be handed in person. And it is the fastest way. Then i just made a call to check it with Irene Wong that she actually accepted the envelope.
  6. SO we are in the same boat...by the way,my frend, are you going to accept their offer at Castlemaine Health if you are choosen for the June intake? you will waive your CON offer?I spoke with the Education Assistantand she informed me that last year it was like 150 applicants compiting for 10 openings! pretty stiff competition I would say....
  7. Could i ask you what was the fate of your application to Castlemaine Health? Have you been turned down?if you have, what were the reasons? I greatly appreciate the information you provide me.
  8. thank you very much my friend for encouragement! and by the way,how many schools have you tried before you decided to concentrate on CON? A week ago I applied to Castlemaine Health to back up my chances.should i really apply to as many schools as possible???? seems to me not quite right....
  9. Thank you very much,my friend! You just gave me a hope, that i have a future with CON AND I have a reason to wait for something. let us pray and look forward!
  10. and what was the outcome??????
  11. i have been waiting for almost 2 months already, have written numerous mails for the updates but so far gotten the same answer:"be advised to wait until the final decision ".As far as i understand they are swamped with incoming applications.
  12. By the way, after almost 2 months no reply from CON yet...
  13. Hi to all fellow nurses! Submitted my docs to CON and to Castlemaine Health, now waiting for their updates. would be extremely happy to share the information......
