  1. HAHA..actually it is a question from a quiz that was taken weeks ago. I already know the answer, but it seemed that when I was researching, I found information that didn't specifically go with the choices. I wanted to see what others thought....
  2. The nurse determines that thiamine replacement therapy was successful after noting normal assessment data for which of the following client systems? Select one: A. Respiratory and neurologic B. Gastrointestinal and urinary C. Cardiovascular and neurologic D. Respiratory and renal
  3. I have been working in a long term care facility PRN for almost 3 years. I have been able to gain some great experience. You see a whole lot in long term care facilities. I just received a new job at a hospital on the Surgical Unit as a CNA. I'm very excited about it and feel I have worked my way up and learned enough to work in the hospital setting. I think it will help you to work better in the hospital setting if you choose to do so. Good luck! :)
  4. I got my letter today as well im in for the Spring...goodluck with everything :-)
  5. I think you have nothing to worry about. My school also doesn't care if your TEAS score is low or high...you just have to meet the benchmark. You have a great GPA and shouldn't be so worried. GoodLuck to you..Everything will work out for the best!!!!
  6. @RNAspirations I'm not in the program...I applied for the Spring14 as well. Just waiting to hear from the school now. I'm also finishing up my last pre-reqs. After this semester I will have nothing left to complete but nursing classes
  7. Hey you guys! Almost finished with pre-reqs or are they completed already? This is my first semester at OLOL & I'm hoping everything goes according to planned!
  8. I finished last friday...Happy to know my hard work paid off it was an extreme 6wk summer semester!!! Intro to Religious Studies-A Fundamentals of Microbiology-A
  9. @futureRN015 and how was intro to nursing concepts & what did you make in the clinical and lecture?
  10. Have you received letters from the school yet?? I hope that you get in!!!
  11. Ok thats good. What grades did you make in A&p I & II, chem and micro. In addition, do you still have classes that you still need to take before you start if you get in??
  12. @futureRN015 my overall gpa is 2.9 and my pre-req gpa is a 3.1, I am too trying to get my gpa up now thats why I'm doing summer school! My teas score was a 63.3%. Are you on the alternate list and do you know the average gpa and teas scores students have that are applying???
  13. @futureRN015 Hi, I am a student at OLOL and will be applying for the Spring Traditional program. From many post I have seen on here it is very likely that students put on the alternate list will be accepted. It is good to know that you weren't denied like some people have been. If you don't mind me asking what was your gpa and the score you made on the TEAS???
  14. @larutan Have you taken the teas and if so what did you make?
