  1. OMG the exact same thing happened to me last flu season, and it was another RN who administered it. As soon as I saw where she placed the band aid I knew she messed my arm up. I could hardly use my arm for a good 6-8 months. Months of physical therapy and exercising/stretching daily did the trick but let me tell you, IT WAS NOT PLEASANT WHATSOEVER. My arm/hand is 95% back to normal but still have issues with gripping things occasionally now. I feel for this woman because this is miserable thing to deal with. I always have them show me exactly where they're going to inject me before I get any type of immunization now!
  2. Just got my acceptance to south!
  3. I applied to both @futurern. South acceptance should be hearing back mid May so next week! I emailed and asked [emoji5]️

  5. Do we get one from each school? Montgomery was my last choice and that's where I got an alternate letter from

  10. Did y'all take your hesi at San Jac or elsewhere? I was told they would accept other schools scores and then I was just told they don't... And the application period already closed... Help!
  11. I just applied for ADN and LVN. I went to HCC's nursing program last semester and then everything went down. A lot of ppl transferred out
  12. Awesome! I found one school who will accept me as a transfer so I need to get the ball Rolling on that!

  14. I found two schools that will accept me as a transfer waiting on like 5 more to call me back lol. Hcc is HORRIBLE. I haven't learned anything my first semester... Regardless transferring is the best thing I think.
  15. I think accreditation has to deal w sitting for the nclex? I know for sure if a school isn't accredited then you can't transfer credits if you're wanting to get further education... Thanks dayday4u! I pray I find one! Schools open back up tomorrow after the winter break so I will be calling around!! I just don't want this semester to be for nothing bc I worked my tail off but you already know how that goes!

  19. I was in a LVN program and finished my first semester only to learn they lost their accreditation. Does anyone know any Houston school that accept transfers?
