   Pop up worked for me! I took the test Saturday, had the good pop up before update and then also checked after update with CC....I received my license number yesterday morning :)

   It looks like you did not have to submit your CC information before getting the "pop up". From your photo above, it popped up in the second step, after providing your CC info but just before finalizing. Is this correct? If so, shouldn't have to worry...
