I got into the program this year (not on the waitlist sorry). Just waiting patiently to get more info. It was my second round applying this year. My family will be moving up from Utah in March if we find a place to live in the next couple months. Anybody else?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but hyperglycemia could be a result of dehydration. It's about the concentration of sugar in the blood. Less water in the blood would essentially increase the sugar concentration. So in my opinion you should treat the dehydration first.

I haven't received anything about where or when to purchase scrubs etc....I have been talking to ------------- quite a bit and she has been a huge help. Do you live in flagstaff?

Hello and welcome! I graduated with a bachelors of finance and am starting an 12 month accelerated BSN program this summer. I did have to complete some prerequisite courses but it wasn't too bad. I did look into direct entry msn programs but decided that I wanted to focus on my RN first and then possibly pursue an advanced practice in the future. The best thing I did for myself was getting healthcare experience. I found a job working in a large acute care setting as a physical therapy aide. I would recommend getting experience so you can make an educated decision about going into nursing. If you have any other questions let me know.

I just started the course as well. Human patho in 8 weeks...guess we will be ready for the absn. If you log into the class home page you can actually open the essays, quizzes and finals without submitting them. Hopefully, this will give you a better idea on what to study for.

Hello everybody! Got my acceptance letter today! I'm from Spokane, WA and looking forward to some sunny days! I have never been to Flagstaff, does anybody have any recommendations on where to live? I still have to take my Patho class online from Marcopia? Anybody else in this boat or have a book they would like to sell :) Can't wait to meet everybody!
