Has anyone heard if we need laptops for our classes or what kind of computer programs/access we might need for care plans & things? My computer is a dinosaur and I wasn't sure if I needed to upgrade before I start in the fall ( while I still have income)

I'm in the same situation. I got my acceptance letter yesterday also and it was my first choice until I realized that they don't participate in the Stafford loans. Unfortunately I will need one to get through school and not work. Looks like I will also not accept

I got mine today too, so excited!

Mine has changed to accepted and my major changed to Nursing too!! Congratulations to everyone else who got in. Hopefully we get the "official" news soon :) I've been working on getting the required shots and "such" for another school that I hopefully won't be going to. Found out today that I def don't have TB :) anyone else working on their requirements yet?

I have a 3.86 GPA and I made an 84 on the Kaplan. Counting down the days.. Good luck to everyone.

I took mine last week, made an 84. I'm just glad it's over, not that the waiting part is more fun! It was my third entrance exam this year also.

Thanks. The waiting is the worst! I've also applied to Gwinnett Tech too. I thought Athens was my first choice but not so sure anymore because of financial aid available. I made a 98 on the NLN.

I got in to North Ga too, Gainesville campus. I'm waiting for Athens

I've applied there and they have not lost their accreditation. They have the highest NCLEX pass rate in Georgia, from what I know their admission requirements are very high, they only take 50 people. I've also applied to North Georgia & Gwinnett Tech.

It's my first choice, can't believe we won't know till then! You apply to any other programs?

Anyone else applied to Athens Tech for Fall 2013?

I have a 3.83 GPA and my TEAS was an 83. I have completed all my pre-reqs with A's in everything except a B in English. I've applied a couple of other schools, still waiting to hear from them.
