  1. I've always had an interest in serving in the military and I've been looking into joining the Air Force Reserves. One are that is really interesting to me is the Critical Care Air Transport Team. I've been working as an ICU nurse for two years now since obtaining my BSN back in 2012. Is it hard to get a position on a CCATT team? Is two years experience in the ICU? I'd love more info about Critical Care Air Transport from anybody who maybe has or currently works on one, or knows individuals that do.
  2. In my MICU, RN's run CRRT and dialysis nurses come up and run HD. Staffing is usually 1:1 unless we have 3+ patients on CRRT.
