    Hi I am new to this board, and hoping to get an answer to my question. I graduated from Riverside School of Health Careers in Dec. 2014. I passed my NClex in Oct. 2015. At the beginning of 2016, I started to look for a job. Lots of interviews with CHKD and Riverside but no job offers. They always say they hired someone with more experience. My question is "Can you be a Nursing Care Partner with an LPN license, and how do I do it, if so. I just need experience, I guess, and I'm getting restless. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
