  1. I agree with most of what she said ^, but, I would go out on m own an find a second therapist. Atleast then you would have a licensed professional backing you up. If you don't feel you need or would benefit from the medication, I certainly wouldn't take it. Nursing can be vicious! Why so many nurses are out to get each other is beyond me. If I were you I would follow their program, play nice, and look gor another job in the meantime. Then resign with a two week notice...
  2. Be honest and it won't be a problem. Mistakes happen. As long as you don't get one while you are a nurse.
  3. Typically you only have to disclose convictions. I would advise that you be upfront. Only give relevant details and you shouldnt have a problem. Some companies only ask if you have an unrestricted nursing license, or any felonies.
  4. I graduated in may 2012 and work two jobs and have had many other offers. I put atleast four hours a day into looking when I passed boards. Although most hospitals here in ohio hire students that precepted in their hospital.
