Hi aritakum, I'm starting the pre specialty program for psych this fall and my gre scores were just a little bit above yours. I do think they look at the whole application; however they also have minimum qualifications that you must meet to get an interview. I was told by a faculty member that they interview all applicants who meet the minimum qualifications. I was wait listed but ended up getting in. Good luck!

I just got accepted to the pmhnp program from the wait list! I'm most likely going to Vanderbilt though, I was also accepted from the wait list for their program.

Thanks! I had emailed them to confirm that they received my wait list confirmation so they responded by email, but said they were sending my acceptance letter out so I think in most cases it would be by US mail.

Thank you!! I got a letter in the mail. I got it last Monday but it could have come earlier than that because I was out of town.

I heard last week and I applied to the masters PMHNP program. I am on the "alternate list" with a high likelihood of getting accepted. They didn't say when I would find out though. I got into Columbia so at this point I am most likely going there.

I live in San Diego, it seems like its very competitive.

I got placed on the "alternate list" with a "highly likely" status of being offered admission this year.

Nope she just said I'd get information in the letter. KoKe did your letter say anything specific? When you emailed the program director did she give you more information?
