Mobility is LPN to RN. Some call it a bridge program.

Wait, halfway thru the semester... That will all change!!! Lol even more so towards the end of the semester! Nursing school is a totally different beast! I'm 4th semester mobility. I'm a LPN and trust me I'm not above asking anyone for help!

I am currently 4th semester in the mobility program set to graduate August of this year!!! And that was my motivation. I want to continue with hospice and I agree with you 100% the only way to do so is to be a RN... and that's exactly why I'm where I am!!!

I guess it's just different depending on the company!

Never give up. You did the right thing and if you remain diligent you will be rewarded for your honesty. Just keep sending your résumé and after your interviews, call them! Keep your head up my friend and remain strong and faithful.

I start tomorrow and I don't have access to my class on blk board??? Hmmmm! Hope for no surprises in the morning!!

I did this because I have small children and it worked out perfect. It took me one year to finish LPN school and now I am able to work and finish out my degree. I also think this was better for me because it helped to prepare me more for the RN program. Good luck to you!

I am currently a LPN and work CTC for Hospice. I do patient visits on occasion PRN. I'm currently in the mobility program ( 4th semester) with hopes of becoming a RN CM for hospice after graduating August 2013!! Love hospice but not much to do for the LPN.

I love being a LPN! I am set to graduate August 2013 from the LPN to RN mobility program. My time as a LPN has been awesome! I've learned so much and I feel like its definitely prepared me in becoming a RN. No regrets here, rather I am thankful and glad I did it this way. Good luck to you!
