Belle1005 Im glad some people still do it. I know a lot of people have to have experience or sign a contract promising a certain amount of years. I have even seen hospitals offering trips. Maybe it's mostly a Vegas thing.

I had a friend who signed a contract with a hospital stating she would work for them when she graduated school. They paid for everything as long as she kept a C average. Do you know of places like this still?

I know in Las Vegas a lot of the hospitals do a lot of sign on bonuses and have a lot of incentives to come to their hospital. Do you see a lot of that where you live?

In reading your post I think you have already answered your own question. When you talk about trying the new job you seem excited. Even if its for a few months like you said it's learning something new and you can see if its something you would really enjoy.

Wow that's wonderful! I'm very lucky when it comes to not having to work while I go to school. But then again it puts more pressure on me cause I don't have a reason why I shouldn't be getting great grades.

Hello everyone! I'm currently starting LPN schooling in Jan. I have every intention on getting my RN after. I have been looking at schools online that provides you to get your RN after your LPN online has anyone continued their education this way? What are your opinions on these schools? Thanks for any information.Has anyone went to one of these schools? Is it strictly online or do you have a class you need to go to?
