    Yup for a fresh grad or below 1 year experience like you, u may start in a nursing home..all hospitals around d world are requiring 2 years or more experience as a staff nurse in a hospital..Unluckily, there are many nurses all over d world, dats y its so hard 2 find a job..but dont loose hope..it will come in His perfect time..Goodluck..
