  1. Awesome! Thankfully the results are available on a holiday wknd :)
  2. The glitch as you call it, has been working for a pretty long time and has tamed many anxieties. This is your opinion, not a true statement of facts. Some of us have been willing to take the risk and some prefer to wait for the unofficial results. With that said, it is always good to know your options.
  3. I have been reading only positive outcomes since the "trick" change has happened recently with Pearson Vue website. Please read 'Ultimate Nclex Resources' website under New Information On Pearson Vue Trick, for the current and all positive reviews from recent nclex takers.
  4. They do not charge if you PASSED :) that I know 100%
  5. OK peeps :) I found out today that I PASSED! I used Kaplan Qbank, 1300+ questions, 50-100 per day, reviewed ALL rationals (that is where you catch up on the content as well) , avg: 60%. My first one that I failed few months back I concentrated more on content, not enough questions..hope this helps..
  6. The Pearson Vue website has changed in regards to how you can check the "trick" pass or fail, as of late August, 2014. You do have to input your credit card info, and press SUBMIT, and be willing to have your cc charged if you did in fact fail. I took mine nclex RN this labor day weekend, AUG 30th at 8am. MY second time taking it. I took my time this time, actually took a break at 75 questions, since last time I took no breaks and had 1 1/2hr left in time! This time the computer shut off at 105 questions, had about 75% SATA, no peds, no calculations, no labs, no ekg, a lot of who would you see first. Very different exam compared to the first one-I had many of calculations, ekg strip, peds and lab questions. Once I got home, the "old" trick did not work as it took me to the credit card page, I cried..but then my husband googled that Pearson Vue has changed the trick 2 days prior! I read the links confirming that by other nclex takers. So with that, I did put my cc info, clicked SUBMIT, and I got the good pop up! But with all the new changes I was not sure to believe this 100%. Sooooo.... You DO get your results in 48hrs, even if it is a holiday weekend! This morning I payed the $7.95 and got my unofficial results. I PASSED!!! Hope this information will help future nclex takers and puts their minds at ease :) P.S. I studied only Kaplan Qbank questions. About 50-100 per day. Reviewed all the rationales, as that is where all your content info is as well. Did about 1300, with an average of 60%
  7. There are many links that give the CORRECT information regarding the CURRENT "trick" as of late AUGUST 2014. 8. Scaredsilly--I totally disagree with your comment. Where do you get the your %5 chance rating from?? There are many links that give the CORRECT information regarding the CURRENT "trick" as of AUGUST 26th, 2014. 9. Ok guys, I just got home from taking the nclex rn at 8 am Aug 30th, 2014. The computer shut off at 105 questions, had about 75% select all!, what patient you would see first, no med calculations. I took one brake at 75 questions, really took my time because this is my 2nd time taking nclex. My first exam went all the way to 265 questions, I took no brakes and had an hour and a half left! So tight now it is 11:30 am, I of course tried the trick. And I did risk having my cc charged, went all the way to submit payment after I did, it said something similar to what I read in this thread.."you have test scheduled ..you cannot register etc" Also, on the Exam History is says STATUS: results not available. With that said, I will update as soon as I find out if I passed or failed. And try to calm down in the mean time
  10. Thanks and you too!
  11. Hi thanks! for me sg101 worked great, but everyone has different study habits, I retained info better from sg101 than reading books. Also liked the quizzes and review questions they offered within each study guide. Nclex next week! and sg101 got me there with no fails :)
  12. Hi, I am awaiting a testing date for Nclex Rn from Pearson Vue, there are many mixed reviews on what's best to study..Kaplan, Saunders, workshops etc. What works the best? p.s. just finished Kaplan's Test Taking Strategies Book 2013-2014, been working on Saunders 5th Edition NCLEX Review..debating on attending a workshop..
  13. Many ppl do it at the same time, it is totally doable. Good luck! you will do great!
  14. Hi! BSINTHEWORKS-what is the time frame you are looking at to finish the bsn program?
