I'm currently working at a clinic in upper manhattan Ny. I'm stuck in making a decision because the nursing home wants me to start orientation this Wednesday which leaves me with no time to give my employer notice. I am planning on going back to school for RN next April at this fast track program.

Hi guys. I'm working now as a LPN in a pediatric clinic and was recently offer a job at a nursing home. The nursing home is offering $25 whereas the clinic was paying me $22. Monday-Friday 9-5 was my schedule at the clinic with all holidays off and no weekends. However, I want to gain more experience in the nursing home setting for future plans. Is it worth the move?
