I have worked at Barnes for almost 3 years as a Tech, to my knowledge the new trainees are being hired at $9.85, but if you have CNA experience they offer more. THey are always hiring new techs. The weekend/night difference ranges from $1.10 to $1.85 more an hour and if you have completed your first semester of nursing school you receive an additional .98 an hour. When I applied, I had no experience, I only put that I was a nursing student (at the time, I hadn't even started) and they called me 2 weeks after I applied online.
