I would encourage you to go to the Hospital compare web site and review the government data on the quality of service provided at Lehigh Regional and the other surrounding facilities in this area. I think you will be surprised to see that the quality scores for Lehigh are in fact higher than many of the other facilities mentioned. Over the last 2 years we have made considerable changes in our facility to improve the quality of care provided to our patients and the perception of our community. We are committed to providing the highest level of service to all of our patients and to our staff members. The nursing staff who work here are dedicated to their patients, units and community. That are involved in unit based governance projects and evidence based practice.
