  1. Hi pickles27! I've read some of your posts and learned that you were IEN from the Philippines and was asssessed by the CNO for both RN and LPN just like me. My question is, how were you able to take the CRNE while you were LPN? Didthe CNO asked you to take additional studies from universities/ institutions?
  2. Hi! Did the CNO recognized all the courses you took from George Brown?
  3. Thank you @dishes! I will look into that. :)
  4. Check the link I posted on my previews reply. I don't know why it starts in March I also find it weird and I'm having a hard time looking for apartment/ room for rent.
  5. It's a fast track bridging program for Internationally Educated Nurses/ Health Prof. who want to graduate in a Practical Nursing Diploma. Here's the link. Ontario Post Grad, Bridge to Practical Nursing for Internationally Educated Health Professionals (Graduate Certificate) Program | Conestoga College I am also thinking of getting a loan or bursary if possible to support my studies and I heard from my friend from George Brown that they offer that in their College for IEN's. That's the reason why I have that option in mind, the Conestoga for it's fast track full time program that starts in March. Ugh!! I don't know what to do!
  6. Hi dishes! Yeah, I've seen that on the CNO website and wasn't sure what it really means. Thanks for the info! Hi xokw! I've read your post about the College and it makes me feel excited. Did you take the 2 years PN program? However, I am really having second thoughts right now on pursuing it to Conestoga. I mean, the program will start in March and I haven't figured out where to live and where to start. Do you know any place that I could rent?
  7. Thanks loriangel 14. However, It'd be helpful to know from someone who's already in the program and their experience before I make my decision.
  8. Hello! Does anybody here took or taking the RPN Program in Conestoga College? I would like to get some info about their program, about the school and the professors? I can't decide between Conestoga, GBC and Centennial. Which has the better program among the 3? Thanks in advance!
  9. Hello! I have the same problem with bam922. I received a letter from CNO about my unmet competencies that I have to prove to the College. I was wondering if somebody did 1 example per 1 unmet competency? So if there are 62 unmet competency, there should be 62 example as well? Please guys I need your help! I have no experience as a nurse, just my clinicals as a student.
