  1. Congrats to everyone ! I also got accepted!! Good luck on your questionnaire!!!
  2. My friend sent them an attachment through email and she called them after to ask if the letter was enough or if they still needed the transcript.
  3. I Heard that the next questionnaire is open from May 2-8. My friend asked her prof to give her a final mark which she submitted to Bcit so she wouldn't have to wait for the transcript
  4. I heard from other applicants that they get to do their questionnaire around the beginning of may. I'm not sure when we would get a reply since people who did the questionnaire earlier they said they would give a response before the end of April.
  5. diandriod- yes the links did help me when answering the questions. they wanted you to give specific examples of your experiences based on the key characteristics you need to be a successful nurse. good luck! I managed to finish it with few minutes to spare given the 90 min time.
  6. oh just noticed on the bcit site they did change the deadlines! Applications will be accepted as follows: Winter (January) intake: from May 15th** until October 1st** Fall (August) intake: from November 1st** until April 15th** *Applicants with preferred entrance requirements are to submit transcripts and supporting documentation with their online application. **or next business day and Cesh, haha it was similar to the 'additional info' form but it just required more in depth answers although it asks for max 250 words each question
  7. I think we all have to do the questionnaire. I just submitted mine cause I wanted to get it over with! have to study for finals. they say that they will decide on everyones final status by april 30th!
  8. Hi cesh! My friend also submitted her midterm grades and they sent her an email saying that She should submit her final marks by may 26. Although there is no garentee that there will be a seat for her.just depends if seats are still available ?
  9. Me too ! I've just recieved it. Does everyone have to complete it for further consideration or have they already given conditionally accepted seats
  10. I'm not sure @cesh. They never said or it doesn't show on my application that I completed all the pre req. But I'm pretty sure I have everything . yea lol I hate waiting. Hopefully they tell us by mid April! Good luck:nailbiting:
  11. Hi, yea I've submitted everything now. and they sent me an email saying that my application was sent to the nursing department already. But they are going to review it after application deadline which is April 1st! Since I applied last intake, they told us that we are not allowed to defer if we are offered a seat unless its a medical emergency.
  12. Hey diandriod. Yea I've also missed the ubcdeadline too. I'm taking them in class. Ive heard that online requires a lot of reading. I'm enjoying it so far! I'm not usually good with artsy or writing classes. But I'm taking libs 7001 with ashton howly and he's makes the class really easy and enjoyable. The ethics class we can take health ethics instead which would probably be easier for us who want to get into this program. But the class was full so I couldnt enroll in it.
  13. No problem! Yes I was worried too since its an official seal. Have you guys applied to any other schools? Right now I'm at Bcit doing their two liberal study courses.
  14. Hi sparklet15 This years intake, bcit totally changed their whole application system so we would have to scan our transcripts front and back onto a PDF file that doesn't exceed 2mb!
  15. Yes! I am applying for this Aug intake! I've already handed my transcripts and the 'additional info for nursing' form. They replaced that form with the resumes. This is my third time applying actually. I've applied for the Aug 2013 and Jan 2014 intake so hopefully third times the charm lol.
