  1. I am in my IB/ Pedi clinical semester. There is so much discrepancy between the texts, lecture and ati content, I am lost and confused. We had our first exam for the semester and I got the worst grade of my life, seriously! anyone have any ideas?? Suggestions? How do I tactfully tell faculty they are teaching info contrary to the assigned text?
  2. WOW!!!!! Nurses don't diagnose??? There goes ADPIE .... look in NANDA for NDx that would fit. Off the top of my head first thought would be integument impairment. But I just finished my Fundamental clinicals in a Rehab hospital with an advanced wound care clinic, so that's fresh in my mind. She's vented and on GT so Henderson and Maslow's 1st few basic needs are met.
  3. I got myself a pair of Cherokee white shoes. they are awesome. $69.00
