  1. Yup! The accomodation fee is inclusive of the accomodation during clinicals. But even if you didnt take the school accommodation your clinical educator will help you find a place to stay during your clinicals. Some of the hospitals where my batchmates attended their clinicals even offered for a free accommodation or minimum fare(10AUD/week). Indeed! Getting their accomodation is hassle free. But, if you wanna save heaps money I suggest you arrange your own accommodation, imagine you can get your own accommodation for 150/week compared to IHNA's 250/week. Australian people are great, they'll help and very understanding with emmigrants. This is just my 2 cents, you still have to weight the pros and cons. BTW! What place are you attending your BP and when?
  2. I suggest not to take the accomodation at IHNA. Instead find an accomodation in gumtree.com.au It will save you heaps of money that you can use on your other expenses.
  3. Apply in QLD. They respond faster and they'll release your registration faster compared to other states. I got my registration after 3 days compared to my other batchmates who received theirs after a month or so. If you apply in WA, you need to achieve 80% passing mark as compared to other states which only requires 50%. It is just my 2cents.
  4. I reckon that it doesnt matter if what nurse job you do as long as you practiced as a nurse. I know some people who worked as an Call center agent nurse but she was still approved by APHRA and the school. I suggest you go to IHNA one of the cheapest in victoria. BUt make sure you always call them or email them, and pay ASAP if they asked you too. Take it easy buddy!
  5. Yes they do! As long as youre functioning as a RN they'll consider you.
  6. I had the same problem with CON! What I did is,while I am waiting for their availability of slot,I applied in IHNA,Victoria. You can make them assess your credentials and stuff without paying them. I suggest you do the same. And withdraw from CON when you already got your eligibility from your new school.
