    I would like to post what happened to me to let everyone know that you can be a rn with a positive background check. I'm with mbon, my background came back positive for a charge 9 years so I had get my documents and everything. Well to make a long story short, I sent in all my documents and was honest on my letter and received my license number the same day. Stay positive, be honest, and don't give up. We are all human and make mistakes.

    I'm in a very similar situation. I had an incident in 2003 that was dismissed and I received the dreadful addt'l document letter. Can anyone give me any advice or email me so we can chat privately. My email [email protected]!
