Well, I hope the best for you!! I was on the wait list this year at North Ga and they too said they could notify me as late as August 15th or something. I seriously doubt they would wait that long. I'm following the Gwinnett Tech feed also, and on there (actually maybe on this feed), two people were accepted but said they had to decline the acceptance due to Athens Tech not taking student loans (and I think they got in somewhere else too), so you've still got a chance! I know that on the acceptance letter it said that if you do not plan to attend their program, to notify the school before may 29 (which is the orientation date) so that they can notify the alternates. So, anytime after May 29th, I would think they would notify others. Hope this helps!

Thanks!! I heard that Understanding Pharmacy Calculations book Is worth getting, so I bought it. Ill check into that book you recommended!!

I did talk to my advisor last week. I asked if there was anything I could be doing to benefit me before we actually started (immunizations, BLS cert., etc) and she said to hold off on that till after the meeting. She said they are a bit particular as to where/how to get those done, which they will tell all that at the mtg. She did say however, to go ahead and start on drug/dosage calculations. I found a website http://www.dosgehelp.com which kinda teaches a few formulas. So that's all I'm doing for now, that and brushing up on A&P. hope this helps!

Yay! I didn't get in to Gwinnett Tech either. So glad ATC came through for us... That was my last hope!! I'm so excited but super nervous now!

I applied to Athens Tech also. That's the last school I'm waiting on and my saving grace at this point. I wish they had a way of knowing early (like GTC does online). Good luck to you! Keeping my fingers crossed for both of us!

I didn't get in . Apparently my Kaplan score of 73 was too low, but I have a 3.9 GPA. That's so disheartening to work so hard on the prereqs and have an entrance test determine your faith. Oh well, keeping my fingers crossed for the last school I applied to!! Congrats to those who were accepted!

Congrats to those who have been accepted!! Jhm0326, mine also says "decision made" and to "contact Admissions office". From what others are saying, unfortunately I don't think that is a good thing. Boo hoo! I hope I'm wrong.

I don't anticipate being accepted either. I have a 3.94 GPA, but got a 73% on Kaplan. Oh well.

I did take it today. I did poorly in the writing also. Hate those questions.
