  1. I used this book Amazon.com: Saunders Comprehensive Review for the NCLEX-RN® Examination, 5e (Saunders Comprehensive Review for Nclex-Rn) (9781437708257): Linda Anne Silvestri: Books as a supplement to my reading. It broke down the information of what you needed to know as a nurse and what you should do as well. this book is also good when you get further into med/surg Amazon.com: Prentice Hall Nursing Reviews & Rationales: Medical-Surgical Nursing (2nd Edition) (9780131789708): MaryAnn Hogan, Stacy Estridge BSN MN, Dolores Zygmont RN PhD, Joan Davenport RN PhD: Books
  2. yes it does, thank you!
  3. So I just had one of my exams for med/surg. I came across that S/S is increased waist circumference of Men-greater than 40 inches (102 cm) Women-greater than 35 inches (88 cm) would that be considered obese?
  4. thank you, I'm gonna see how it goes. I need to ace or try ace the 2nd exam, because after that, its the final.
  5. So this semester and even last semester, I getting by barely passing, or not passing. Now that I am in psych - its a 14 weeks course crammed into 7 weeks. I don't worry about clinical or even the clinical papers, I seem to do well. I read the book, I took NCLEX style exams based on the chapters in the book, did the ATI that they told us to do. I DON'T know what it is, I came out confident and I still ******* got a 26/40. I'm so mad and annoyed at this point. I've gone to professors, I have seen tutoring ppl, just don't know what it is......sigh. Maybe this more like venting post
  6. mainly because the hospitals that you will be doing clinicals require it
