BSN Only? Give me a break!!
If the facility is a Magnet Hospital then they have to have BSN nurses to maintain that status. My guess is that this is the case in this particular ad. The other option is that it is a role that will offer administrative advancement and they require a BSN to do so.

Help with proposal topic in nursing education
Hello everyone, Hopefully you can help me. I am currently working on my MSN in nursing education (first semester) and I have to pick a scholarly proposal and project to work on throughout this degree progression. I need a good topic and for the life of me cannot think of anything. Do any of you have any ideas? It must be focused on some portion of nursing education.

Direct Entry MSN Programs 2013
Georgetown University was over $80,000 at $1680 per credit hour, University of Cincinnati was around $40,000 at $720 per credit hour, and Frontier University (birthplace of nurse-midwifery and FNP programs) came in at less than $28,000 with $465-505 per credit hour depending on if you are full-time or part-time. A significant difference. These are just some of the schools I looked into. I have an entire list. These three are online programs, and you have to visit the campus a few times for clinical labs. Hope this helps. BTW this was for the Master's programs, I did not even look into the DNP programs.

Direct Entry MSN Programs 2013
What is your focus going to be? Are you looking for nurse practitioner programs, nursing management, nursing education? I am currently a student of McKendree University's online program. I enrolled in the RN-MSN program with a focus in nursing education. I have already completed my BSN program and now I'm in my first semester MSN program. I love their program, and it is more affordable. I was originally going to go to Georgetown University, but the cost deterred me.
