Wow...thank you NCmcMan for the encouragement, I feel so much better:). I've been working as a CNA way before I started the LPN program and I'm still working for the same agency as a CNA because they don't have any LPN positions available.

Hi everyone: I graduated from the LPN program on Dec 2012. I passed the boards on Feb. 5th and received my license 2 wks later, I was so proud and I also felt like for the first time I had accomplished something:nurse:. Ever since then, I have been looking for a job at every LTC, assisted living, nursing home, online. No one wants to hire me because I'm a new nurse. since I received my license, I've been called to just 3 interviews and they all told me that I needed at least 1 or 2 years of experience. Finally I applied at an agency, they called me back for an interview, they hired me but they're asking me to work as a CNA. At this point, I've been so frustrated because I feel like, I busted my behind to go to school, took my boards and got my license for absolutely nothing. For the first time in my life I feel like I want to give up. I'm still looking, still unemployed and my bills are getting bigger and bigger. Please somebody out there help me, if you're in the WPB, FL area and know of any LTC, ALF, NH hiring, please let me know. Thank you!!!!

Same here, I took the Nclex yesterday 02/05/13 at 2:00 pm. The computer also stopped at 85 qquestion and I completed the test around 4. I had lots of SATA questions, 1 math, lots of maternity questions. I logged in to PV earlier today and tried to re-register for the test, I got the good pop up also but I'm still skeptical that I pass....I'm still worried. So pinayko, did u officially pass?
