Definitely invest in a good stethoscope! A big thing is to make sure you keep your mental and physical health a priority because you can't help others when you need help yourself (doing a 12 hour clinical sick is NOT fun or productive lol believe me). Find a few classmates that you get along with and get a support system going. Best of luck!
The wait where I live was ridiculously long so I enrolled in Kaplan and they got me in and I started school within a month. It may cost more but I found it to be extremely worth it. I'm already in my 2nd term and I started school in September. I've heard the LPN programs are getting cut from both Kaplan and the community college where I live after this current term. I suggest working and saving as much money as possible before school (and enjoying life as much as you can too lol)
EDU - YouTube I found this series so incredibly helpful. It's the lecture series on A&P at the University of California, Berkeley. The way she teaches helped me understand (although it wasn't til my course was almost done that I found this on youtube)
I started in September and lately I've been feeling the same way. It can be so overwhelming! I'm trying to remember to take it one day at a time as well. I joined this site today in hopes for inspiration and when I need help, it seems like people here are wonderful. Stay strong, we're with you!
