  4. So you just want an average hospital? Of course that is our number one concern is all those things you listed.
  5. That is True, however it's not about having nurses that have nothing better to do. This was more of my thinking and I was just looking for other ideas for my non creative mind. Why can't I see what other places do, isn't that what best practices do or evidence based practice?
  6. Sorry if this has been asked before, I did a quick search and didnt see anything I'm looking for ideas on how to many my unit have that extra special touch, like giving out thank you cards when the patient leaves or bedtime massages. So my question is what type of special touches does your unit have to make it extra special for the patient ad families??
