Nurse Trainee Programs 2013
Does anyone here know whether Manila Doctors Hospital is still accepting applicants for the training? What are the requirements? And will it help me to be hired there?

Is there any way to earn online as a nurse?
I have tried applying in numerous hospitals but none have hired me. I have taken a lot of trainings to have an advantage and to improve my skills. And now a family problem came up which will be hard for me to work in a hospital. So I was hoping that there would still be a way for me to earn money to help my family even though I'm always at home. We have internet at home and I spend my time browsing the internet. Please help me to find a way to earn money online that doesn't take too much time and is easy to do. I really need it.

I've always dreamed of working abroad
I've tried applying on well-known hospitals in Manila but as always they have high standards that I am not qualified. Like having a high score in the board exam, previous hospital experience. Some say that it would be better to apply for 3mons. training programs in these hospitals to have a better edge of getting hired but it is not 100% assurance. And it costs a lot to apply for this trainings which was supposed to have been banned already. Now I agree to those who disagree to remove the Volunteer Nurse Program in hospitals since it was the only way of acquiring the experience we need. Or they should at least give chances to those who are newly board passers or to those who have no working experience yet.

I've always dreamed of working abroad
One of my co-nurse in my workplace recently received her VISA as a student in London. She is about to leave tomorrow. I'm so envious of her but also happy for her at the same time. Knowing that she's already going to leave tomorrow saddens me but since that was her decision then we'll support her until the end. I wish her good luck, taker care and see you soon! I hope that she'll be okay there. If only I also had the same money amount of money that she has maybe I might have been with her in going there. Well I guess God has other plans for me. I'll leave everything to God to decide and design my future, I know that He'll do whats right for me.

I've always dreamed of working abroad
Thanks Sam_Nurse. Your right about that. Right now I'm planning on applying as volunteer nurse at various hospitals near my place. So that after my contract with the RNHEALS I won't have to waste time doing nothing. That way at least I'll be one step closer to my dream.

I've always dreamed of working abroad
When I was still a student nurse, I've always told everyone that I'm going to be a nurse abroad. I had my hopes up that once I graduate and pass the Nursing Licensure Exam (NLE) I would finally be able to fulfill my dreams. Unfortunately, after I graduated and became a professional nurse I found out that it was not actually that easy. To be able to work abroad I had to have the following: 1. 2 or more years working experience in the hospital 2. Be at least 22 or above of age 3. Various trainings, and 4. The most important thing is MONEY So why am I unfortunate? Well it's obvious. I don't have any of the above. Or should I say "D. NONE OF THE ABOVE" which we always choose in the exam when there is no answer. I just passed the NLE last year and I still don't have a permanent job in a hospital to gain the required experience. Although I am working right now under the DOH Program "RNHEALS", I have learned recently that RNHEALS is not actually considered as work but just a training. I was so disappointed when I learned this because I was going to use this as part of my experience. Now I'm back to zero. Another problem is to be able to have trainings I'll need money which I have said that I don't have. Now I'm losing hope of becoming a nurse in another country. I hope that somehow I would still be able to fulfill my dreams even though I still have "D. NONE OF THE ABOVE".
