The frustrating thing about the school environment is that people don't seem to understand the fact that we prioritize. Everything is a big deal for the teachers and other staff and they think that I am ignoring them when I attend to the most pressing issues first.

Would the parents have called an ambulance from home if she had broken her arm at home? Also, it seems that they are upset because she had to wait in pain. Many people are under the impression that if you arrive by ambulance that you get seen sooner but the reality is that you get triaged the same way that you would if you walked in.
