Hi everyone, I am starting a 13 week assignment at KMC next week and was curious if anyone has completed an assignment here? I feel like it will be a great learning experience considering it is a large teaching facility, and will allow me to grow as a nurse. I have heard negative things about living in Bakersfield, but am trying to look on the positive side, and not get caught up in location but rather how this will effect my career path in the long term. Any feedback will be much appreciated, Thanks!
