I recently had an interview for pediatrics in KCH, the director of nursing said that she is going to hire me but its going to take about 2 months before the HR will process their stuff. she did not mention anything about Pharmacology Exam.

i graduated 2011, they don't really consider experience from the philippines. i'm still working as an RN in a rehab/LTC facility via agency. low pay but you get experience at least.

Hi katgo! i applied in a staffing agency and they were able to give me a per diem position in a nursing home/rehab facility. still looking for jobs in hospital though. got a few interviews to hospitals also but havent heard back from them yet.

i just recently passed NCLEX RN exam. i am a foreign BSN graduate from the philippines. I had 4 months experience (3 months pedia, 1 month OB) in the philippines + 5 months working as private home nurse/aid here in NY. QUESTION: 1. do hospitals here consider my experience in the philippines? 2. should i consider including my experience in my private job in my resume? 3. WHERE CAN I FREAKIN LAND A JOB HERE IN NY!

I took NCLEX yesterday, i answered 265 questions!!! 100 of them are like "what should the nurse follow up"Im confused wheather i should look for a Correct statement, incorrect, or a priority question or which patient need the nurse first! That test was sooo hard. -.-I tried the PVT and i didnt get the good pop, but i just want to clear my head on those questions. Any tips on how you guys 'attack' these questions
