  19. Hello I'm a recent LPN graduate with no experience. I have been looking for work since I got my license in March 2014 in Miami Florida. Every job requires at least one (1) year of experience. I went straight into the LPN program and I got my license without having the CNA license. I really need to find a job while I'm doing my RN program. everywhere I called for LPN job they are Hiring CNA or RN. It will take me two(2) more years to get RN License after passing the NCLEX Exam. do you think it would be ok if i go get a CNA license to get a job as a PCA?
