  1. Question about what to expect for a ER interview?

    They will probably ask for your strengths and weaknesses. Also, I've heard that if they ask you any questions regarding an example of a situation (stressful, coworkers, errors, etc.) to come up with a specific example! Not coming up with an actual situation is somewhat of a red flag! So, make a list If scenarios you experienced in clinicals and be prepared. Practice!

    Keep up the search. It can get discouraging! Relocating might be necessary. I've heard that Texas has great opportunities for new grads because the shortage is so great, plus wonderful pay and benefits! As far as "hiring foreigners rather than our own"! What? This is the land of opportunity! The jobs should go to who has the qualifications and best fit regardless of where they are from!
