  1. Well speaking from experience a interview is not a true assessment of someones skills. People are usually very nervous during interviews, especially New Grads. Give them a break and go with your gut and just pick one! Isn't that what a probationary period is for! Some people have carisma and some don't does that tell you their nursing skills no I don't think so.....
  2. ms_sgr how many days did it take you to get a call back?
  3. The interview went great it was a panel of 5 and they just asked me general questions about myself and teamwork.... They never asked me any real nursing questions.
  4. I saw a couple of job for youth detention centers in Georgia. Check it out!
  5. Can anyone tell me what to expect for my first interview for Grady ER! Do you think they will ask me questions like how would you treat a patient with chest pain.... or will I have to do med calc at first interview?
  6. I got a email yesterday requesting my resume and questions again bc of IT issues!
