  1. Hi everyone, just wanted to share my story because I've been using this site for help and I think it's good that share my story so it can help others. first off....I graduated from a two year community college in Connecticut ...b-, c, c+, c+ were my four semester grades. graduated may 2017 took my nclex July 15, 2017. I used uworld to study. I think it was enough because if you passed school you did learn a lot and retained a lot believe it or not. was nervous as hell like most people to take the nclex...did deep breathing and meditating before the exam. long story short I ran out of time. I got up to 244. I was on question 245 and had one minute left. I didn't know anything about the running out of time rule because I didn't even think twice about it. I didn't answer that last question because I had no idea what it was about. Anyway, the last half hour I was kind of rushing because I thought I was going to fail automatically. I was barely getting select all that apply and was thinking that wasn't a good thing. I googled my situation and found out that there was hope of me passing. I went home....tried the Pearson vue trick an hour after the exam...good pop up ...24 hours later....good pop up....it's 48 hours after my exam right now....quick results....pass just wanted everyone out there in the future who has a situation like myself to hopefully find this and be sure to not stress out! You will be ok. You too will pass. Good luck and thanks for checking this out!
  2. I think there were 16 spots open for Gateway....Someone earlier in this thread said thay they got a call and they 57 last year or something like that. I wonder if that person started in the spring, because that gives more time for a call back since people have a longer time to decide not to go. I guess Gateway only has a starting fall and no spring, so idk. I am #41 on the waiting list, so I have some praying to do also.
