yes, the sizes run large...i consider myself a medium...the tops are fairly larger than what i usually wear. I had to send the pants back because they were entirely too big

I ordered my uniforms already...they just came in the mail like 2 days ago...i had to send lab coat back because it was slightly long for my height...other than that everything fitted just fine
