Which is better sc 189 or 190.?

Anybody here familiar about the reference letter needed for the ANMAC assessment? Please.. Need some help.. I know about the sample, but i have some specific questions, especially about giving competency example.. thank you :)

@ pringxoxo hi there. i only paid the enrolment fee of 1,500aud. maybe i will pay the balance if i already got my visa. @ mark yes, they emailed an invoice. and the amount due is only 11,000 instead of 12,500.

after i received an email from IHNA that i passed the online inteview, after 5 days i received the offer letter.
