  1. Good luck with the position on the surgical floor. I found it to be very benificial. I'm now in the OR and work the surgeons from that floor. It was a nice transition knowing them and the surgeries involved. Good luck. I would try to find a hospital that offers the Peri-Op 101 course and a good Intern Program.
  2. I would suggest a post surgical floor first. You will learn a great deal about the different surgeries and have time to develop prioritizing and assessment skills.
  3. Congrats! I just missed it by 3 pts ......very hard test. I have always tested well and never have test anxiety. I tried to study on my own, and the study material I bought was not ver helpful. I'll try again after I save for the fee. Is a study course worth the $$$?
