Hi Everyone, I am a new graduate BSN (zero experience) and have applied to a couple of VA outpatient clinics. Can anyone comment on how long from completing the application until they heard something in response? Or if its a good idea to contact recruiter via? Thanks!

Hi Everyone, I am completing my masters in social work and am have applied to accelerated nursing BSN programs for 2013. Does anyone know if there is a way to combine the two degrees? I know in hospitals many times RN's are case managers and oversee the social work department. Any information is appreciated.

Have you emailed the admissions office? They have been really helpful answering my questions so far.

Dezzie22- Don't lose hope, just make sure you have a safety and a reach school. I have applied to three programs. One is a reach, one is a safety, and one is a plan B. If you can't leave the area see if there are any two year programs you can also apply to. Its not ideal, but its easier to make a decision when you have some options.

I am finishing A&P II in December and then taking micro in the Spring. So close but yet so far... this year is passing so slowly, lol. Is your application complete? I got a letter the other day that one transcript was missing.
