  1. They are super laid back..... Well was a little intimidating once its you and two people asking you questions. The asked us the typical why CRNA..... But mostly clinical scenarios. Good luck!
  2. Anyone graduated from this school? I am concerned about their teaching method.....I have plans to practice on the west coast where most CRNAs work independently. East cost CRNA practice under MDA and that's what Drexels academic program is based on......... Any thoughts? Thanks
  3. Yes!!! I got in....star my coreq classes April 1 and will b a full time SRNA in jan!
  4. I would get a job in ICU or Level One trauma as a RN---take some science classes to boost your GPA. I got accepted into a super competitive CRNA program (and have two other interviews scheduled!) with Level One ER/trauma experience. I currently work in CTICU b/c wanted a little bit more experience with drips before I start school. Having CCRN will not hurt you, but is certainly not a requirement. Good luck to you!
  5. Congrats!!! Super exciting! Thanks for sharing your interview experience with us. See you in Philly!
  6. Hello! No CCRN here either. Have been a level one trauma RN for most of my career and didn't really think about until this year. I have been studying for the test but haven't scheduled yet. Congrats and good luck on your second (first) interview!
  7. Hi guys, have an interview coming up soon. Have great GPA and couple years of critical care experience. I'm concerned I don't have my CCRN yet. I'm studying for it and plan to take it in January. My questions is: how important is that certification when it comes to getting in? Thank youThank you
  8. I applied for Midwestern and will be applying for Cali State in November---Drexel is my fist choice and I am so nervous and excited for the interview! I wont hear back from those two other school until mid Jan/Feb. Is this your first time applying?
  9. Congrats! Did you apply somewhere else? What made you choose Drexel? Are you on the east coast?
  10. Hi there. I have an interview scheduled for November. How did you prepare for yours? Amy pointers? What should I expect during this interview? I appreciate!
  11. Just got an invitation for Drexel CRNA interview---Yay! Can anyone give some tips on what to expect for this interview? Thank
