Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
guys: i need your inputs about this one. I have lodged my application to aus embassy manila last feb 25, medicals done and now waiting for the visa grant. I followed them up thru email and they sent a reply: Dear Ms, This refers to your email message referring to your health examination. Please be informed that the results of your medical examination were referred to our Health Operations Centre in Australia. Once we receive information from them, we will inform you of any further action required or if a decision can be finalised. It normally takes around 3-4 weeks before information from HOC is received. Please note as well that we are unable to finalise an application without a medical clearance being issued to the applicant. Further, Should your case officer require any additional information, they will contact you directly as soon as possible - for everyone who has received their visa, were you guys also passed the same process? because it's already on my 3rd week after the medicals and still no visa ;(

Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
I see. what schools did you apply?, did you try on asking ahpra for extensions? some of the forumers here were successful in their attempts. you just have to elaborately explain to ahpra your situation, maybe you'll be given the extension. Or just be diligent in contacting IHNA for a slot in April. Actually, just do both so you'll not regret in the end.

Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
moonyen, i can;t pm you. @shandy- why was it so long for IHNA to accept you? were your documents lacking?, 3 months is too long i believe IHNA is the fastest among the bp schools in terms of application process. well, just follow up the school every now and then, i'm pretty sure there will be some who'll drop their slots for april. Just be patient,. and pray a lot!

Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
Hi ! i applied in Ihna, etea, la trobe, and aaon. Only Ihna and etea responded but unlucky me, these schools are no longer accredited next year so I'll end up waiting for the two other schools to accept me . How about you? this bp hunting is really stressful because of the accreditation issues! uggh..

Meeting AHPRA requirements as a International Trained Nurse from the Philippines
Hi annie!/. i was interviewed today and loe will be sent 2-3 days after. I got a chance to ask her regarding the status of the school and the lady on the phone was confident to say that it's just a normal process every 3 or 5 yrs as they are currently under reaccreditation. I dunno if it's really a reliable answer , im still in doubt about them. hope it will be fixed soon

hi! IHNA also offered me june 13 intake but i'm kinda hesitant to accept the offer because of their accreditation problems. Did you already pay the enrollment fee 1500? I'm also still waiting for reply from ETEA or AAon.
