In regards to clinical hours, I just put "over x hours of clinical experience in both skilled nursing setting and hospital setting". Try googling the average salaries of starting lpn's in your area and start off with that. And always apply for multiple jobs within the same hospital or same healthcare system. It shows that you want a job and are determined. Also, I recommend following up at least a week later and every week or so thereafter. Good luck!

Try looking at doctor's offices. They will often hire you without experience. Good luck!

Hi everyone! I graduate my nursing program in New Jersey in the middle of July, but I was wondering if anyone could help me out with testing dates in August. I am going on vacation with my family at the end of August and I was wondering if anyone could let me know what testing dates are available in August so we can plan our trip around my boards. I'll even go to Philly or New York City to take boards, so if anyone has dates for any of those areas I'd appreciate it!!
