  1. I know in WI you're not allowed to work "below" your license. That means after passing the NCLEX you're not allowed to hold a CNA or LPN/LVN position.
  2. I wouldn't beat yourself up about it. If you wouldn't mind a little advice though - try putting the tourniquet on over the gown sleeve, or on over a washcloth. It's not only far more comfortable for the patient, it's also much easier to see (and harder to forget about)
  3. While I was a nursing student I would have said electrolytes. Now I would have to say everything.
  4. I've made multiple 'report'/'shift' sheets. All of them were custom. You can probably find a bunch of templates, but your best bet is going to be making one yourself.
