Hello! I am a new RN and I am currently working on a Medical/Telemetry unit. I have tried using Google to help with some ideas for report sheets and so far haven't found any that I really liked. Does anyone have any ideas that I can use? I tend to write big and I love organization! Any help would be really appreciated

I used learningext.com...I purchased the 3 week course for fifty dollars. I loved it. Very nice program! I had several SATA, so many I lost count honestly. I had a few drag/drop, a lot of meds and no math. I don't like that I didn't have any math, it actually makes me nervous! But it was definitely nerve racking. So my advice would be every time you start to get anxious, close your eyes and breathe! I did that a lot!!

Yesterday I took the NCLEX and talk about nerves!! I finished in an hour and a half and it shut off at 75 questions! I don't know what's worse, the anticipation of the exam or the waiting for the results As soon as I was done (and maybe cried a little) I had to test out the PVT. Since then, I have done the PVT about 6 times and I keep getting the "good" pop up!! Hopefully it still works and tomorrow morning when I can view my quick results it will say PASS!! Good luck to all the nurses that are awaiting the NCLEX!!
